We had never been in Goods before, we walked in and was greeted by Johnny� he was absolutely wonderful and fantastic, he helped us navigate to the mattresses because otherwise we would have been lost � he helped us check out all of the mattresses and honestly we had such a great experience! We were laughing so much! Never in our life did we have as much fun picking out furniture/a mattress as we did shopping at Goods with Johnny! He is a wonderful asset to the store! I was so excited to go to Good's to see the wall entertainment center that I seen on their webpage and other sites. A two hour, one-way, drive was well worth it. Johnny was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. He was very professional and truly enjoyed seeing my excitement to find the perfect piece for my home. Mary and her team, including Dave O. have a charming way of connecting with customers while also creating space for you to discuss options, likes, dislikes, etc. I care back to foods 7 yrs. later for a different purchase and I would recommend this company to anyone; just bring your walking shoes!!
Today I took delivery of my furniture! After suffering a devastating house fire a year ago, I went to Good's to buy my replacements- I stayed in the Bed and Breakfast and spent a day and a half working with Dave to refurnish almost the entire house! I am delighted with my selections , the wonderful service and the guidance I received - the staff were all amazing!
Thanks for all your help again Rob however I’m going to have to do something about my addiction. �
