RecommendedThe guys at Goodrich came out, repaired our roof and didn’t try to sell us on other things. They were straight forward and honest.
They could install waterproof roofs.
Live up to their warranty/contract without having to file complaints with BBB and NM Attorney General's Office..don't blame their sales staff because their after hours service fails to forward the messages, and their warranty service does not keep good call records.....what a bunch of losers, i guess i need to sue them.....
So impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company. Carlos, Joel and their crew did a great job on my new TPO roof, working with me and my insurance company. It looks amazing! Thank you so much.

I originally gave them High Praise they told me they would be out of here by 5 to 5:30 in the evening but they didn't make it till after 7:30 at night they had promised to pick up all the loose nails and materials they had dropped but I am making it a daily routine every morning to pick up the no s nails that have blown off the roof I also found out this morning that the swamp cooler had been broken I'm not going to call them for a replacement part to fix it I'm going to do that on my own I can't stand to have any more damag... read more

Spent thousands of dollars to have a new roof put on, and now the skylight is leaking in the bedroom and I have damaged drywall less than 7 months later. Their Better Business Bureau rating means nothing. Stay away from these people, or at least away from sales rep John!
