Jamie is the best. Trust him and he will take care of everything. He is great.
Jaime was great when he came to install a shower door. We had purchased a door ourselves on sale and I ran out of time to DIY it myself. Very reasonably priced and great service!

Business response:
We never had an appointment. If we can't get in touch with you and make an appointment we can't just show up to your house. I'm sorry if you are unsatisfied and thought we were to come out but if no appts. were set, we can't just show up.
Showed up, and on time. Had the tools, knowledge and parts to complete the job. Jamie, did a nice clean job, answered my questions, didn't waste time and has my doors sliding nicely. Jamie did tell me in about a year I may need to replace the track, I thought it was nice, he could have told me it needed to be done now.

I got an appointment and glass installation the next day. Very pleased.
I dont recall being told of a 100.00 service call fee until they had arrived, if i had been aware I would have not had them come out. work was good just was not made aware of this overpriced fee.

The service charge was 85.00. That was included in the price of the wheels that I quoted you.
Showed up at the appointed time,assessed the problem and proceeded to make the repairs and cleaned up. The charges seemed o.k. To me.
