Excellent service and quality. Very polite and professional, would highly recommend!
Jamie and his assistant were punctual and very professional. The price quoted for the removal of one large mirror and 4 small ones was very reasonable and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. The job was completed fast and the clean up was good. We would definitely use Goodrich Glass for other home repairs in the future.
The tech was able to come the 1st business day. They were able to come earlier than the appointment, but I wasn't. They did arrive as planned. The job was completed and the tech cleaned up any debris that was left.
I had the bottom section of a DP window replaced. Jamie was punctual and polite. Took only thirty minutes from the time he arrived to complete the job. I would have given Goodrich Glass five stars except that the original plastic pieces(30 years old) in the frame were reused, instead of installing new pieces. The strips got damaged when the old glass had to be removed, and didn't look good after Jamie reused them. I always thought Home Advisors people don't charge for service call, but Jaime told me I had to pay like $85 service call. And he is the only one that H.A. has for Seminole County.
