My partner and I have lived in the Goodnight Ranch community for 6 months and the entire time we have been hit with arbitrary warnings/notices from the HOA. You are unable to make any changes at all to your own property which is strange because I don’t remember Goodwin & Company paying our mortgage or property taxes. I will see the company car driving around and taking pictures all the time. It’s like living in a police state. You should be ashamed of yourself. This builder needs to sever all ties to this HOA.
I just bought a David Weekley home in Austin Texas. I would like to reach out and let you know how impressed I am with the Twilight at Goodnight Ranch team. Kristy Keele is absolutely phenomenal! I called her on a Saturday at noon to look at a house and she immediately got back to me and scheduled a showing.
