I had a concerning experience with Goodmanagement in their role supporting our HOA Board. In a recent tree-related matter, work was approved outside of a formal Board meeting without obtaining unanimous consent from all Directors. This is a direct violation of our HOA bylaws, which clearly require unanimous consent for decisions made outside of a meeting.
