my condo is in foreclosure and this firm states that they only do "billing" IF YOU ARE A BOARD MEMBER OR HOA LOOKING FOR A FIRM PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM AS THEY WILL WORK WITH ATTORNIES, MISAPPROPRIATE FUNDS (i HAVE 12 MONTHS OF HOA FEES THAT WERE MISSING AND CANNOT BE FOUND) THEN THEIR ATTORNIES MOVE TO DO A QUICK FORECLOSURE ! IF THEIR MANAGEMENT FEES ARE CHEAP ITS BECAUSE THEY MAKE MONEY BY SELLING THE FORECLOSED CONDOS WITH MARKUP
