Absolutely horrible company. Have been coming to the same resort in Ocean City for years. Previous management was sooooo much better! The people who represent the customer service of this company are rude, INCOMPETENT, arrogant and ignorant all at the same time, particlarly the young lady answering the phone!! I did get a voice-mail, but the information did not resolve my issue with adding a second lot for payment previously assigned to a payment plan by someone else.
