Dr. Wendy Goodman and her dental hygenist Lana are amazing- They are outstading, honest, kind and gifted- The best of the best.

Dr. Goodman is gentle, kind, honest, caring and compassionate. She is available on emergency. Her fees are fair and reasonable. She is highly competent and is up on all the latest procedures and does them all in a very professional manner. The entire staff is helpful and everybody goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Goodman works with my insurance plan. I highly recommend this office

I went to Dr. Goodman for a periodontal consultation. I had a 1PM appointment. I left Dr. Goodman's office at 3:45! This is a busy, chaotic office. There are several different room, all with open doors. Someone came in as an emergency, and even the door of the office he was in was left ajar. None of the office staff informed me that there would be such a long delay. No one asked if perhaps, I would like to reschedule. I was not happy with the service provided, even though the office was very friendly. When I first had the initial consult, the waiting room looked fantastic and I hoped the rest of the office would be the same, I was dissapointed. The dental chair I sat in was torn and broken. As for the visit, I felt like this Dr. did not respect my time. This doctor kept inferring that the most important patient is the "patient in the chair". I went to her for a scaling (dentist referred). She did not want to do the scaling. I almost didn't have anything done because receptionist told me they don't accept my insurance. Turns out they were wrong. She wanted me to have gum surgery, and possibly bone grafts. Even with insurance, all that would have cost me thousands of dollars. I got other opinions. I never went back to her and never will. Waiting room uncomfortable (wicker chairs ), and you have to wait a long time.

Technically very competant doctor. Very relaxed atmostphere, making the whole experience not as bad as I was expecting (who would call getting implants a "pleasant" experience?). Wendy is very friendly, excellent at what she does and has a very gentle but competant touch. I've only been there once, so can't comment on the office staff, which seems to be what people are mostly complaining about. They were OK by me but one visit isn't a very large sample size. The doctor is I believe excellent, the organization leaves much to be desired. I have never been to the office when I have NOT waited at least an hour or more past the appointment time to see the doctor. If you have plenty of time to sit and WAIT, then you'r OK.

I had been seeing Dr. Goodman for almost 2 years for periodental treatment and have undergome scaling, planing and 3 quandrants of surgery under her hand, but i will not return. She seems to be a highly competent and popular professional, except in one critical area: time. Her office staff, which seems to experience frequent turnover, has been quite aggressive in insuring that i make my appointmentes, calling repeatedly with reminders 3, 2 and 1 day before an appointment comes up.
