Not a good company to work for. Worked there for 2-3 years then they made a “shift” in the company making everyone work multiple sites. Fired a plethora of people and are still letting go of many good hard working employees. If you’re not kissing the big dogs behind Orin with “in crowd” you’re bound to get nixed. Extremely disappointed with the professionalism of Deanna Ayala at Goodman Real Estate. After their service supervisor, Brian Heiss, was rude and dismissive when we requested repairs be done while we were home (we’re only available after 4 PM weekdays), Deanna defended his behavior and claimed it was professional. I applied for an apartment at **The Verandas Apartments**, hoping to find a safe place to live while rebuilding my life after experiencing domestic violence. These people stole my money and then said they sent my money orders back evicted me and my daughter and told us we go 45 days to get are stuff out but changed the locks and turned off the power with are food in the apartment and said they was charging us a storage fee I have hired a lawyer Do not rent from these people and they do have mice and roaches.

These people let their team take advantage of their residents. Then sale the apartments with no notice in middle of issue of charging me a thousand dollars when I’m on section 8 rent $66.00 no late fees. I paid it scared of being kicked out and asked for ledger and they sold apartments. New owners can see what they did but couldn’t help. Gave me a number for Jennifer.
