Goodman is garbage and has terrible customer service to boot. Cassie, the lady I spoke with about my system, was absolutely the worst person possible to get. I have had the compressor, reversing valve, and the indoor coil malfunction or need replacing in the last 5 years. Despite the several issues I have had with the system, they refuse to do anything about it. They don't stand behind the product they sell.
