I stored 6 straws of our late dog with them and when we became too old to have any more dogs we tried to cancel services. $25/month late fees for services not even rendered. Now they say they will not discard semen until bill is paid. I will warn everyone I can to stay clear of this practice. Unbelievable.
Worse business ever!!! I have 2 female Lilac and Tan French Bulldogs I’m trying to breed. I wouldn’t let her touch my dogs to save their lives. Dr Goodman has no knowledge of the breed. She was very rude! I’m taking my business elsewhere!
I brought in a female Alaskan Klee Kai that we are having some breeding complications with. From the initial phone consult with Janet to the examination with Dr. Goodman, it was educational, thorough, and everything was explained in great detail to me. All my questions were answered, plans were made moving forward to address the issues we are having, and they were excellent with our girl who is on the nervous side in new situations. Well worth the trip from NJ. Thank you!
