We purchased our AC through Goodman’s in September 2016 & I am now regretting that choice. This is July 2025 & our unit is still under the warranty. The HVAC Techs from Pleasant Air Heating & Cooling in WV have called multiple times to “tech support” to get the approval under our warranty to proceed with specific jobs on our unit & they literally had to wait up to 4 hours before being able to speak to someone. Multiple companies said we had to replace our whole HVAC system after our basement flooded a few months ago. I got in touch with Paul on Wednesday, he and his dad were over to assess the next day and let me know that we absolutely did not need everything replaced. By Tuesday they had the equipment needed and had our AC back up and running for $9,000 LESS than the other companies wanted! I am thrilled that there are still honest people in the industry!

Paul (owner) and his dad showed up when it was 0 degrees outside and installed/replaced/repaired 3 different mini splits. Even helping with some random requests as I continued to pester them while they worked! I can't imagine it's been an easy couple weeks with the temperature below 10 degrees and they helped prioritize our project to get our units up and going as quickly as possible! Will absolutely be calling them when the final unit comes in!

I paid them 800$ to replace my son’s fan inducer motor on his furnace in November. The same motor went out in January and they told him there is no warranty and to find someone else to look at it ? Poor poor customer service and obviously poor craftsmanship!
