They are extremely reliable; however; they are WAY overbooked I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. It is a balancing act because once you get in the room with the doctor, he is so caring and professional, you almost want to forgive the wait. He definitely spends more time with each patient than the normal doctor. Unfortunately, the wait is not acceptable for our family. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them.
