Very professional, pleasant experience.
I am not one to be happy about a dental visit, but Dr. Smith and the entire staff at Herod Dental Care are AWESOME! I had a great experience from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. They are all caring, kind people who take the time to make you feel welcome while providing quality dental care! Thank you for your professionalism!
This was my first visit to Herod Dental. I had been going to another practice close by for years but they expanded so much I didn't feel the "personal touch" anymore. Everyone at Herod Dental was so friendly, from being checked in throughout the whole visit. Just walking to the back, I was greeted by all staff members who happened to be walking by. I was impressed with my whole experience there and how I was treated. This will be my new dental home.
I felt welcomed and informed of all my options needed for my dental care.
My dental hygienist, Wilson, was simply outstanding. he was very professional, and I am glad that Herrod Dental employees such great people.....

I went to Herod Dental Care to get a jaw tooth extracted. Everyone was so friendly and answered all my questions honestly. Even though half my tooth was broken off, the extraction was pretty much painless. I didn't realize the tooth was removed until I saw it in the doctor's hand. To me, that was great. Very minimal pain.

My Hygenist is the best she makes me feel so comfortable and I'm not embarrassed to let her clean my teeth even with the over crowding she always addresses me by name and she always remembers the last conversation we had! She is good at her job but just as important she is a people person with a good attitude always! I love her!
