I contacted Goodman Family Carpet Care and Greyson came out the same day to give me an estimate for my rental property in Walnut Creek. He did an amazing job saving the carpet and even removed tough fountain ink stains left by the previous tenants. Greyson was flexible with his schedule and made sure to clean the carpet before my new renters arrived, which was a huge help. I absolutely LOVE this carpet cleaning company! The team is always responsive and reliable whenever I need my carpets or furniture cleaned. With four dogs at home, it’s not easy to keep things fresh, but their service and attention to detail are truly unmatched. We called and booked with Goodman Family Carpet Care to have a family room wall to wall carpet cleaning. the up charged when they arrived to add shampoo, the standard service is apparently just water...what? And then had the check made to another company name, clearly outsourcing the service work. Disappointed. 2-stars because the tech did a decent job, who ever he was.
