This property management company is the worst. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone and then will never answer your call again. Avoid at all cost.

Do NOT get into a lease that is managed with Goodloe Reality. The landlord harasses people over parking spaces that are NOT RESERVED and targets certain companies over others. Parking is not specified in the lease agreement. They constantly harass individuals to move their vehicle when over half of the parking lot is empty. They also threaten to tow your vehicle. Failure to enforce violations from other companies for "backing into parking spaces"...yes, this is forbidden per the leasing policies. Complete headache.
Truly abysmal company. Tom Sowell, in particular, is horribly difficult to deal with. He is entirely unprofessional and an egregious communicator. There are hundreds of thousands of homes, and hundreds of property management companies. Seriously, take a pass on these guys. I can't tell you how many headaches you'll save. Coming from someone who rarely takes the time to review ANYTHING.
AWFUL company, non-reliable and can't even properly manage their properties!! PLEASE PLEASE stay away as they will let tenants RUIN your property and allow scum tenants to damage property and they will do nothing about it! They don't care about their clients OR their client's properties!! They can't even do what they're paid to do which is properly manage property!! Stay clear from this sham of a company!! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!
