the receptionist, marie, was terrible. there was an issue related to my case that was not necessarily her fault. but she violated HIPPA and told my black father in law about my case. i am 20 years old, and WHITE. we do not look related WHATSOEVER. she had my ID and paperwork. she was also incredibly rude to my husband and another black man in the office who was asking questions about specifics in the paperwork. she gave me a nasty look when i walked in with my husband and would only talk politely with other white patients.
