the receptionist, marie, was terrible. there was an issue related to my case that was not necessarily her fault. but she violated HIPPA and told my black father in law about my case. i am 20 years old, and WHITE. we do not look related WHATSOEVER. she had my ID and paperwork. she was also incredibly rude to my husband and another black man in the office who was asking questions about specifics in the paperwork. she gave me a nasty look when i walked in with my husband and would only talk politely with other white patients. Got 2 wisdom teeth removed, Doctor Goodloe was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I was told the worst of the pain would be on day three. As of writing this, its day 4 of recovery and I still have 0 pain and no swelling whatsoever. So either I'm the luckiest person alive or Doctor Goodloe is one of the best Specialist out there.
Samuel Goodloe is the real deal! Amazing bedside manner, keeps you confident and calm during your procedure! He’s so good at what he does too! Had impacted, complicated teeth and i’m recovering with minimal pain! All of the assistants and receptionists are incredibly kind as well! Thank you Dr. Goodloe and the rest of the practice! Can’t recommend enough!
