I was not a fan of how scheduling went. I was told I’d be delivered to on a Monday. The time came around and I had to be the one to reach out. They didn’t schedule it, so it ended up being Friday that I had the work done. Rep didn’t know what happened on his end. Mostly, I was upset about the work I put in that morning to prep the spaces they’d work in, and then it was for nothing. That being said. Great job done by Brett. I actually tried to install the two 4x8 racks myself over a period of a few days and just could not get the alignment right with high garage ceilings. I gave up and called these guys who got me on their schedule and did a great job! Professional, on time, clean work.

Brennon was our tech/installer and we could not be happier with the results! From our first conversation over the phone having questions to eventually scheduling an appointment to the installation was seamless! Great customer service by all; Brennon was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and fast. He even moved a few things on our garage walls and reinstalled them for us to make our shelving more accessible, giving us more storage space.
