I was not a fan of how scheduling went. I was told I’d be delivered to on a Monday. The time came around and I had to be the one to reach out. They didn’t schedule it, so it ended up being Friday that I had the work done. Rep didn’t know what happened on his end. Mostly, I was upset about the work I put in that morning to prep the spaces they’d work in, and then it was for nothing. That being said. Great job done by Brett. I actually tried to install the two 4x8 racks myself over a period of a few days and just could not get the alignment right with high garage ceilings. I gave up and called these guys who got me on their schedule and did a great job! Professional, on time, clean work.
