No property maintenance, void of communication, no record on website indicating who Board Members are or their positions held on the Board. Goodlife HOA Management LLC - Briargate Townhouses Community There is no transparency for funds being collected from homeowners/renters. No property maintenance, void of communication, no record on website indicating who Board Members are or their positions held on the Board. Goodlife HOA Management has been working with our condominium community for almost two years now. Compared to the previous management company, I've seen significant changes. Merlene is transparant, professional, and responds in a timely manner. The services provided for the amount charged is more than fair. Thanks for keeping us in GOODlife hands.

Goodlife HOA took over management of **** ****Condos , **** ********t, Houston, TX 77074,January 1, 2021 - a 122 unit complex with pool, Laundry and Club House.. Since taking over they have refused to provide any requested Financial Statements, which is in violation of; a. Posted: 12/21/2020 12:00:00 AM about Goodlife HOA Management LLC Merlene is courteous and polite. Unfortunately, the services provided by Goodlife Management and Merlene Faust do not encompass more. There have been many owner/resident complaints. Reported issues include a lack of communication in the areas of financial/accounting (owner assessments/payments), maintenance reporting, and an overall inability to effectively resolve community concerns. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with Goodlife HOA. The grounds are poorly maintained---there are potholes, rusted and unsightly looking shutters, dog feces, dimly lit outside area, and outdated door and wall paint---where are my HOA fees going? Management has little to no control over the inner workings of the property--people park wherever they desire. Management's communication is sub par, if at all. Not to mention, they often act as if they are paid by someone other than the property owners, not tenants. My time as... read more

Ultimately, the Board of Directors makes the decisions on proposals. Hopefully this owner will be happy with her home in the very near future.

Our subdivision has recently switched management companies and we are now with Goodlife HOA Mgmt. I am disappointed with them since I/we as homeowners are paying their salary and they do not respond to emails. I have sent 3 emails and do not know if they were passed forward, considered, or even received. I received responses from the former HOA when I contacted them. This is not acceptable for a management company to operate in this manner. 

Business response:

Of the four (4) emails received from Ms. ********, only one did not receive a response. She is right. At a minimum that last email should have been acknowledged. The nature of Ms. ********'s issue requires coordination between and among the Board of Directors and Goodlife HOA Management which doesn't lend itself to a speedy response. We are currently very much in communication with each other and again I offer my sincerest apology for the lack of acknowledgement.
