I would give it 0 stars if possible. Signed up under the promise of a staff member that cancellation is not an issue and I would be able to do this at any time - i had clearly explained i may be moving out of the area and so may have to cancel. When this time came they advised if I did not pay for a 3 month membership it would be referred to a debt collection agency.
