Nice gym, not much for free weight lifting spaces during busy times but all in all great balance of equipments & a nice boxing cardio area on the main floor & the top level.
I would give it 0 stars if possible. Signed up under the promise of a staff member that cancellation is not an issue and I would be able to do this at any time - i had clearly explained i may be moving out of the area and so may have to cancel. When this time came they advised if I did not pay for a 3 month membership it would be referred to a debt collection agency. I had also tried numerous times to contact them and advise i am looking to cancel my membership but they conveniently ignored those emails. Going off the other ... read more
I have visited many other branches (Armadale, Dingley, Knox, Mooroolbark, Wantirna, Waverley Park) and regularly visit my local gym (Fountain Gate). The Prahran gym is one of the best gyms known to me. Great atmosphere and equipment. Friendly staff and clean as well.
Honestly shocking customer service service looking to join a gym In the area and was initially told it would be free as my mate is already a member but then they backtracked when they found out I hadn’t moved to the area yet. Sadly my friend will be cancelling his membership after this. Hopefully staff will be more accomodating with trial memberships in the future.
