I had a very bad experience with both the staff and the owner. On my first visit to the gym, the reception staff offered me a $40 casual entry for one month for my guest visiting from New Zealand. However, when I went the next day to make the payment, the staff said they could not give that offer because the owner refused. Instead, they said the owner wanted $110 fees. This was very confusing and unprofessional. It seemed either the staff were not properly trained or the owner simply wanted to charge more money.
Just want to shout out to Em at reception for being an awesome human. She’s always happy and welcoming. A shout out to Jo! She’s an awesome trainer and instructor. I love goodlife point cook!
