Pleasant experience so far, no dramas at all..Just started yesterday after a week trial...Awesome vibes thanks. And the most important part is, how convenient it is to where I live....take a few minutes walk, luckily.
Extremely dissatisfied. Always long waiting for machines. Personal trainer ripped off the money.. I could not continue the gym or personal training due to medical reasons and none of the money charged was refunded even when I had informed months prior. Again extremely bad experience when requesting to discontinue the membership due to medical reasons. Shared a certificate from Physio. But still charging money for 30 extra days when i have not used the gym for 6+ months.
Love this gym a lot! Lots of equipment to choose from and a decent set up in the women's section. The staff are really friendly and there's also lots of classes to join! (Plus sauna and steam room, great stuff).
Best gym in West...very organised, staffs are very welcoming and helpful...
