I would like to thank Zensie for motivating me to join the gym. She always followed up with me and encouraged me, which really helped me take the step. Alex is a wonderful trainer! I just had my first class with him and it was such a positive experience. He explained everything clearly, kept the energy high, and made sure I felt comfortable.
