Great place to work out ; lay out, customer service all the crew is very supportive(Special thanx to Armani ) . Also customers share all the equipment and are kind and respectful. But overall it’s super clean . Hopefully Dow town locations were as clean as this one .
Poor costumer service unprofessional costumer service. Bad attitude at the front door. This lady at the front needs some training. Her name is Kidra.
I joined GoodLife about two weeks ago and usually visit at night. During that time, I noticed that the staff member at reception rarely greeted anyone. A simple greeting can really improve the overall experience. Today, however, I was welcomed by a staff member named Kevin. He greeted me warmly with a smile and was very polite and friendly. Staff members like Kevin create a much more welcoming environment. I believe having more team members like him would greatly improve the member experience.
I've been training with Christopher for 5 months now, and I'm in the best shape of my life at 41 years old. He takes his time to educate you about proper exercise form and nutrition, and addresses any prior injuries or imbalances. I've been training on my own for 15 years, but my nutrition was not good and I never saw the results that I wanted, which was pretty demoralizing.
