I’ve been going to Chemong, Peterborough club since it opened using group fitness classes. Love the instructors and atmosphere! I am thoroughly enjoying the new Pump Heavy, but the older equipment is a bit of a nuisance switching out weights during the tracks. Would rate 5/5 if they updated to smart equipment.

Of all the gyms that I have been to with the Goodlife name attached… This is by far the worst location. The equipment is old. It looks rundown. The facility was filthy dirty. Basically there was very little to say good about it other than the new showers that they installed, but according to some patrons, it has affected the quality of the steam room, which was not working when we went. In fairness, I complained to the front desk about the cleanliness and they were immediately willing to go and look into it

Gym was dirty. Stretching area I didn’t even want to sit down it was full of hair, sweat and dirty debris. The steam room wasn’t working. The sauna was malfunctioning and not heating and I pay $100/month for this gym and it does not seem worth it to me. All the money they charge people and they don’t invest in maintaining the facilities. Do not recommend.
