Update! Still extremely rude customer service. Management has not made a change. You will be ignored. Front staff are not very friendly! An Indian lady is always at the front when I go after work and is always on her phone. I ask for a towel and she gives me rude looks as if I shouldn’t be interrupting her phone time. One time I went to reach for the towel she was passing me and she pulled it back… making me reach further ….very odd! Other than the staff the place is nice. Smaller gym compared to the others but less people go making it feel less crowded. The staff here are helpful and polite and haven’t bumped into anybody extremely aggressive like I have at the Weber location!

Lovely gym but when I came a few days ago 2 big caucasian men kept staring at me and kept chit chatting amongst each other which as a POC made me very uncomfortable and this happened a few times. I'd suggest avoiding going there between 4 am to 9 am for safety. Better to visit when it's more crowded.
