I recently finished a PT session with Jadon. He was incredibly helpful with correcting form and mobilities issues that I never realize I had. He consistently motivated me to push myself, and I always felt great after each workout. Outside of our sessions, he also checked in to see how I was doing and whether I had any trouble training on my own. Moreover. he is a pretty funny guy to talk to between sets which made sessions even more enjoyable. :)
Aerobics room hot as usual. It's freezing outside. The rest of the club decent temperature. On going problem for years. Teacher even said so. Also mic volume in class way too loud.
You're paying for something that you can't use 50% of the time you come like the sauna. 3 weeks later and it's still not fixed.
I cancelled my membership this summer as I was out of the country. However, I wanted to join back just to find out they removed Essential membership (34.99) and calling it "Premium" now (40.99) just to get access to all Clubs (Which I don't need), This is ridiculous. So now I have to pay 6$ extra every two week + tax for something I'm not going to use. Where is your Essential membership? Bring it back
