For nearly $100 a month, these conditions are ridiculous. The upstairs workout area was around 26°C with the A/C not functioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to exercise. During my workout, I became severely overheated and felt like I was going to faint multiple times. At that point, this goes beyond comfort and becomes a serious concern for members trying to exercise safely. Although the gym is in a convenient location it lacks many amenities when paying for premium price. Theres no A/C so in the summer it’s always hot and it’s a smaller and more cramped sized gym that gets very busy in afternoons so often there’s a strong rancid smell and it’s worse when it’s hot inside with crowds of sweaty people, it gets so bad during peak times that I have to walk out mid exercise cause I feel like I’m gonna puke from the awful smell, but usually happens on peak times and dependant on people’s hygiene. Still no A/C for the e 4th summer in a row I’ve been here. Machines are out of order for an extraordinary amount of time when damaged. Never any new equipment. Paper towel dispensers always empty during busy hours. For the premium price point it’s an awful gym.
Can we get some AC in here? 26 with not much air movement
Extremely basic gym. You'll pay a premium price for the bare minimum. They never add new equipment, max out at 100lbs dumbbells and have never had any plate loaded machines. Also very cramped during busy hours as the layout is awful. They do nothing well and if you have any complaints they'll probably do nothing.
