Extremely basic gym. You'll pay a premium price for the bare minimum. They never add new equipment, max out at 100lbs dumbbells and have never had any plate loaded machines. Also very cramped during busy hours as the layout is awful. They do nothing well and if you have any complaints they'll probably do nothing. Also, would like to note that they've had air conditioning issues the last two summers with no fix. Update: its now the 3rd year in a row where they have no air conditioning.
I recently visited the Penhorn GoodLife to add my daughter to my corporate membership. The online process leaves a lot to be desired, so we decided to go in person for help. Leo could not have been more helpful. Although most of the process still had to be completed online, he patiently walked us through each step and made sure everything was done correctly by checking it in their system. Very happy with the service. Well done, Leo and the Penhorn GoodLife team!
Kara is a great employee , she is a hard worker and with a great personality.
Best gym I have went to so far. Staff is very nice and friendly. Olga was very helpful and helped me find an appropriate fitness trainer for my needs. The cleanest gym I have went to so far, and I seem to always see workers walking around and keeping it tidy.
