I joined this gym 3 weeks ago and am really enjoying it. I was helped through the membership process by Robbie, who was patient and thorough. Jaz did my first assessment and I really appreciate the insight into how best to tackle my fitness goals and the tips he gave to help me improve my form to avoid injury and get the most out of my workouts. Overall, I really like the gym, the only thing I would change is how many people talk on the phone while workingout, most times on speakerphone, which is so annoying and distracting.
Claudia is an amazing trainer! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly tailors every workout to your fitness goals. Training with Claudia has been a game changer for me. She understands your goals, keeps you accountable, and celebrates every bit of progress. Her workouts are always well planned and she brings such positive energy to every session. I actually look forward to going to the gym now!
I love this location because Mr. Robbie provides excellent customer service and feel free to approach him regarding your training plan! Love his work ethic and positive nature!
Hate this gym. Dirty. They never have towels. Always packed, even at 1 am. People are very nosy, it's annoying. Its unfortunate because its the only one in the area, so looks like I will be canceling my goodlife for good.
