I was living at a rental that got bought my Goodland. I had very good experience with Goodland. I felt maintenance requests could have been completed timelier, but they weren't urgent, so that was something I could live with. My biggest concern was my security deposit upon move-out as have had issues in the past with other companies. No issues with Goodland whatsoever. I lived here for a little less than a year. Signed a 6 month lease. Everything was taken care of in a timely matter and the front office was extremely helpful. 5 Star experience. Thank you Gato city
