great food, atmosphere great
I came and couldn’t get a seat, it was so I organized. I stood for a long time for a seat so I asked for my money back and went home.

Love the rib tips I come a long way to taste that smoke
As this is the only place left to get decent BBQ, it's disappointing the service & professionalism is ALWAYS mediocre. Sounding pleasant is nice but customer service is more than one's tone. Not answering the phone or making excuses as to why is unacceptable. Appreciate every customer, every day. Please work on improving.
