Horrible apparently they smoke their rib tips now . I returned them for the ribs which were a 3/10.
Ordered through door dash for pick up.... got there 5 minutes after it said the order was ready. They didn’t have it, then they were out of large ribs so instead of waiting 30 minutes I revised the order and waited 40 minutes. Went to the counter and was told they were working on it. The manager has to go back in the kitchen to get the rest of the order completed. They offered me drinks for my wait. Drinks. F this place. Ordered through uber eats. Driver waits an hour-and a half and they say they are out of ribs. They sent rib tips instead and they were more like RIP SCRAPS. OVERCOOKED AND TOUGH AND UNEATABLE!!! JUST AN OVERALL TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE. I’ll tell anyone who’ll listen AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! It pains me to say that about a black owned business as a black man myself but TRASH IS TRASH AND THE FOOD MEETS THE CRITERIA!!!

They don’t answer the phone when you call in the evenings not sure what’s going on but they need to fix it
Food was bad and staff did not honor their word. DON'T SUPPORT GOODIES So went to Goodies last weekend, food was not seasoned, and looked as if it had been cooked in the oven, not even a grilled flavor. A few days later we called to advise of our displeasure with the food. The lady remembered me, "Ms Monica", and said how sorry she was, said the next time we came in we would get a free order. Their great food doesn’t make up for their awful or lack of customer service. Or the incompetence of being able to put an order together with ALL of the food that you paid for. 4 orders from them and they, not one time, got it right. Not just give the wrong food but not give all the food you paid for. Example, on a DoorDash order I ordered two entrees and they sent one and when I called they just said they were out of chicken so they didn’t send any at all or anything to replace it even though I paid for it. After returning our food which was dried out and old. we got new food today, still no flavor anywhere. Bake beans with pepperoni? Never again! kids taking orders over phone and confused on food?
