Hugh was here last week. He did an awesome job with the carpets. They look and feel so much cleaner. The previous owner had a dog and the hair and dog odor are gone. I will definitely use again

My response to you, the owner: Your response only confirms everything I said in my review—and shows exactly why it needed to be written. I stand by every word, and I have photo evidence showing exactly what was left undone after you claimed the job was complete. This was never about “paint prep” or trying to get free extras. Best service available for carpet or upholstery cleaning! Professional, excellent results, prices are reasonable. I have rental units so I will use a carpet cleaning service fairly regularly. I’ve used other services in the past from big box stores like Home Depot and smaller businesses alike but since I found Goodhue four or five years ago, I won’t consider using anyone else. Hugh is your guy.
