As usual, my visit to Personal Care Dental was a very positive one with thorough and caring service provided by both a dental hygenist and Dr. Pamela Richardson who is an outstanding dentist. She not only offers great dental care but is a compassionate healthcare worker who takes a personal interest in her patients.
Everyone is always polite and concerned if you are comfortable. The office is always clean and efficient.
Every visit to Personal Care Dental is good. Everyone is professional, caring and want to do their very best for you
I had a good experience today as usual. Cristy provided my cleaning service; Holly polished my teeth and scheduled my next appointment while Dr. James provided my exam; Johordan got me all set with my treatment plan. Everyone was caring and professional! Thank you!
Where else can you come and relax then be told you look good! These folks have been doing a great job for many years. My family appreciate everything this group provides.
Honestly, I never leave reviews. But this place was great!!! Everyone was extremely nice, nothing was rushed and all of my questions were answered. As someone who dreads dental work, I'm not afraid of my upcoming appt to get a couple fillings!!! If you're looking for a new dental office. This is the place!!

Lord Almighty Sweet Baby Jesus is this the best Dental Practice I've ever had the pleasure of opening my mouth up to. Exquisite care, superlative staff, nonpareil - no others like it! They literally have my back. Well, the backs of my teeth anyway. I would recommend you go ahead and make an appointment because your teeth need a spa day and that's exactly what it's like here, spa-licious! I feel like a brand new mouth every time I walk out of there, EVERY TIME! Great Job! Ten Stars!
My son and I have been using Personal Care Dental Group since we moved back to KCMO in 2012 and my niece referred them to us. We have never been disappointed with the quality of the work and the personal touch regarding customer interaction and service. We choose to continue to go there even though there are facilities closer to where we live.
