We work with Dr Moreman for our two pups, and two cats. The staff here does everything possible to make the kiddos feel safe, and even when drawing blood they will offer to do it in the exam room if you're okay with it Our senior cat Gideon is a bit terrified of vet offices, has to be purrito'd for just about everything but I think it's easier on him when he can shove his head into me while they're working on him. Cannot recommend enough!
I had a wonderful first visit at Goodheart. I left not feeling the need to google 20+ things. Dr. Porta gave me both the time and opportunity to ask any and all questions I had. Also, he gave me thorough answers and never made me feel rushed when asking anything. The nurse Denise was great ! She was so kind and also super responsive and knowledgeable . We took our dog to Goodheart to have a chronic ear infection looked at. They actually listened to our concern and figured out the issue and treated it at the office. Our dog also has never liked going to the vet and everyone there made it a stress-free visit for her. Thank you! Goodheart is now our new vet!
This is seriously the best vet’s office! We’ve had a lot of different vet experiences—one that was so traumatic that we’re still recovering years later (I’ve straight up walked out of vets offices if they’re not being kind or listening to what we need because it’s not worth suffering the consequences of fearful visits). I am a new patient to Goodheart and was extremely impressed with my entire experience! The waiting area is very clean and offered a nice variety of snacks and beverages. The front desk staff were very personable and professional. The vet technician was very knowledgable and organized. Dr. Katz was very personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
