It was so easy to schedule an appointment and I love how clean, friendly, thorough they were during the visit and my dog was happy to meet everyone! I loved the communication and plenty of time to ask all the questions I had. Definitely would recommend this vet clinic! They seem like they really care and they also follow up after the visit! I have been to several Vet clinics and Goodheart Broadway has been the best! They are very caring, competent and I trust them the most with my dog's dental cleanings.
Vet techs were inexperienced drawing blood and created unnecessary stress on my dog. It was ultimately unsuccessful and no good solutions or explanation given. Called another vet to perform the blood draw and got a snarky phone call from GH Broadway for doing so.
Saw Dr. Spencer and team with my previous dog for 12 years. My dog had many health issues toward the end of her life and all were managed well. I now have adopted a six year old Goldendoodle and would not trust any other vet hospital to care for her.
Goodheart Broadway gave Mama Petunia Meatball an incredibly thorough and thoughtful exam. Even though this was a complimentary visit offered through a Pride event, the doctor spent a full hour with us, listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand her dental disease, heart murmur, drooling, ear issues, and next steps.
