Dr. Spencer and her team are warm, caring and thorough in their high level of care for our pets.
I was very happy with the excellent customer service provided by every single person I encountered here. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Todd treated us like we were the only clients she had and as such had all the time in the world to answer every single question I had with great detail. Everyone who interacted with Frankie treated him like he was their dog and wanted him to be happy and well taken care of. Everything was explained to me in a way that made sense to me. Great veterinary office and care! Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. Dr. Todd & the technician Haley were great with my pup Toni. She gets a little nervous at the vet but they went super slow with her and she did great!! 😁 The facility is wonderful too, with historic brick, open concept with lots of windows for an elegant downtown feel. 🐾
