Worst experience ever. Never gonna go again. Gary was my barber, went from london to Kitchener cause a friend recommended gary. Tried showing him a videos of my old haircut just wanted the exact same thing but he didn’t listen didnt even saw the video, said I will do as a I want, he was confident about it. I thought he knew what he was doing but at the end he made a joke out of me. Had to wear a cap for a whole month. And I paid extra to get it done from him. Save your money go somewhere else.
Very professional staff and skillful barbers. They know how to cut hair to perfection.
Outstanding service. Today I had Eric and he is clearly skilled in his job and was very accomedating, as was the customer service in general.
