I’m satisfied with the quality of the work, but not with the cost. I submitted a request through Angi and quickly received a call and installation date. The original quote was $400 to install a faucet and disposal I had already purchased. Most of the PVC piping was still in place after the old sink was removed. Justin came out to my place and was a rock star. Found an issue that I hadn't known about about in the 8 years I have lived here. Very thoughtful and really knows his job.
Just like others have said—took the money and disappeared. Took advantage of my elderly mother and completely ignored her after getting paid. Over charged her for the job and never finished it. She called 8 times with no response. Dishonest. I’d give 0 stars if it were possible.
Took our money and ran from the looks of it.its been 3 years since he said he would finish the job. He came out to fix our shower, forgot to put a tiny part in that came with the new piece he installed so it ended up leaking water down into our kitchen cabinets which he came back right away to fix so we thought oh okay it was just a mistake that’s fine no big deal… but the He had to order our handles for the shower cause he said they were vintage so we paid him 75$ for them took the money for them and then never came back.
