I had a great experience. I drove there from Santa Fe without an appt (the phone was not working) and was told I'd have about 1.5 hr wait. I whined a little (haha) and they went back to see if anyone could handle my carving. Not only did Kennard step up, he did a GREAT job.
Went in today 9-16-16 for the first time. Initially was impressed because it's a nice barbershop. After my haircut was complete I realized the barber did not clean off the hair from my head, did not straight edge my edge up and also left uneven hair on top of my head. I'm not one to complain about stuff.. I'll just pay and be on my way... if I like something I'll continue to be a consumer of that product, if not I'll never go back. Went to see Lori for he first time today and she did an awesome job. She gave me the cut I wanted and took her time to make sure it was right. She asked me questions to make sure she understood. I will definitely be going back. I love you can make appointments online. They've gained a customer.
I took my 14 yr. old son in for the first time and was very impressed. He has been trying to find a barbershop to call home and he definitely found it with you guys. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional. Raul was great and was very knowledgeable on what would be best for his hair. Thank you guys again!
