If I can give zero stars it would definitely be appropriate for describing the experience at this dealership. Went to visit the lot and the cars were poorly maintenance and if you want to test drive the car the vehicle didn’t have any gas or a battery that’s charged enough to start the car. Overall terrible experience and just a lack of effort to even act like a decent business. If you run a cross any vehicle on this lot PLEASE BE WARNED THEY ARE A TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. Unless you’re a mechanic yourself.
After been out for weeks looking for the right vehicle for me. I finally found it. I got The 2012 GMC Acadia. Iâm very happy and pleased with my decision. I drove Up to Richmond about 65 miles from me. I was Impressed with the quality of there vehicle. Rick assisted me on all levels. Very Very nice guy. His customer service skills was on point. Not good at all. It need a lot of work. They had to jump start the car and the car run bad. It was loud while driving it. Not worth the money.

when I purchased the suv with cash,paid in full June 26,2020 I have not yet to receive the title and its going on two months i was told I will receive it in five days. so now they just giving me the run around.
My friend purchased a vehicle back on June 26th 2020. she paid cash for the vehicle and was never given the title. Since then the salesman has been giving her the run around on the title. She was also Told she would have to keep getting 30 day tags till then. It’s been 2 months and she has not received it. Don’t buy from this dealership they won’t give you the title when promised.

We Spoke with Goode’s automotive on Saturday and arranged to meet some there on Sunday. We explained we were driving from 5 hours away; with that said when we got there on Sunday the truck we were interested in had to be jumped off and wasn’t inspected.
