Terrible service. Front desk lady who takes phone calls to schedule service makes you feel that they are doing a favor in scheduling a service. Had a almost brand new ice machine serviced and its not working and they won't even follow up to let you know when is the technician gonna arrive. They are only 15 minutes away from our location and its been 2 days already since service was requested. STAY AWAY!!!
Thanks to the team @ Goode Refrigeration, Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a drain and they responded quickly, less than one hour. Gus, the technician, knew exactly what to do and completed the fix in a least expensive way so we saved money. Had all supplies needed on the truck. In and out in less than one hour. 5 Stars in my book for the way that Goode team is built. From an email, to a phone response, to Gus, to problem solved. THANK YOU Mark
