Good customer service? Absolutely NOT !! I had to talk to a lady manager during the late afternoon about my dead plants. They would not replace them because I purchased them on sale. I even had my receipt. Would have been nice if I was told that or a posted sign. This lady was short with me and rude. No doubt did she NOT have any customer service skills.

I just want to commend the Goode Greenhouse staff in helping me place a phone order/curbside pickup today (5/5/2020). You were very helpful and professional. The pick up could not have been any better. You didn't even touch my credit card! Hopefully next season we can get back to normal and shop inside. Highly recommended!!!

The plants are healthy and great selection. They have one of the best selections of rose bushes. The staff has great knowledge and very helpful.
