I sold these guys a bike last week, fast response time, very friendly service over the phone for questions a very fair price to efficiently deal with turning my bike into cash and not dealing with Craigslist and eBay (for me this was well worth it). Paid immediately to PayPal upon shipment. Guys deserve better for their service than the ratings found here in my opinion.

Extreme low ballers. If I would have taken their offer on my 6 month old bike, I would have taken a loss of $2900 from the original purchase price and they would have made $1200- $1500 profit from the resale. It's border line scamming. Trust me and every other review that you are Better off selling it yourself. Don't assist these people in polluting the bike resale industry.

Ditto the other one star reviews ... Better do business with another eBay seller.

Don't waste your time with these clowns, I understand they are in the business of making a profit, but the offer they made for my one year old $10,000 retail bike was beyond insulting

purchased a used 2012 Ellsworth Epiphany 26" from these clowns from eBay. Minor scuff marks were expected and were noted in pictures, however, what was NOT disclosed to me was a crack in the aluminum behind a weld on the non-drive side of the chainstay which would have caused a catastrophic failure and injury had I built it up and used it. Luckily, I was refunded by eBay. too many good vendors out there to deal with clowns like this. BUYER BEWARE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Make sure you get paid in full before boxing your bikes up for these guys. They said they'd take a bunch of bike from me so I paid a local shop to box them up. 3 months later and I still haven't received one reply to my 10 or more emails. Poor business with poor practices.
