I'll start by saying I've been ripped off by unscrupulous HVAC companies more than once. They quote a low price and then cut back on the quality of the system. I just moved to Muncie and Goodberlet installed a whole new heating and A/C system. They were really great at helping me understand what I needed and what I didn't need, too. Recently had furnace problems over the weekend and had Goodberlet come out to check the furnace. The Furnace was found to have several issues and they provided us with a price for repairing equipment and a price for replacing equipment. With the age of our equipment we decided to go the route of replacement. Melanie is who came out and provided us with the pricing.
