Had our fall furnace check-up with Cody from Goodberlet. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about my new Trane furnace that was purchased in February. Cody didn't mind the questions I asked and he made some recommendations on how to keep my furnace running efficiently. I would recommend Cody.
It was time for the fall check-up on my Trane furnace installed by Goodberlet 3 years ago...I can not say enough about the service! My technician,Cody, arrived and was greeted by our dog! He handled it like extremely well considering Duke was more than excited to see him! Cody got right to work on the necessary check-up checklist! RecommendedI have used Goodberlet’s services a number of times. I have found their service is friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Last Spring my AC went out on Easter weekend. The tech came out Saturday night and was able to switch out the mother board of the unit to get us running since we were hosting family Sunday. They always provide a good value.

The 24/7 hour service is a joke. Last week when the evening low was still in the upper 70 our AC went out... Having a New born baby we didn't want him to be in a hot house overnight! Being 1st time homeowners we called the service # on the furnace where the pervious owners had used this company it says 24/7 repair.... Well at 7pm they informed us that they don't make service calls after dark!!! We found another company who happily came out and tried to fix our air, to find out the compressor was broken so we had to buy a new... read more
