Afternoon tea is not worth the price. Concierge for the hotel was great but rest of the staff was lacking. It was a very awkward experience with mediocre food.
Professional service and very responsive staff. Definitely a good experience. I work with online business reputation and always appreciate businesses that truly care about customer satisfaction. Feel free to check my profile.
The afternoon tea experience was not worth the price. It came with store-bought sweets, frozen to bake scone‘s/biscuits, and rudimentary sandwiches. The server visited us maybe three times, and didn’t offer us butter, jam, cream, or anything that should be standard at a tea service. They couldn’t even tell me what the ingredients were in the cookies and cakes, so my child was not able to eat any of them (allergy). As for the hotel, it was gorgeous. I expected way better service from such a beautiful establishment.
We had our daughter's graduation celebration here on one of their busiest days - Mother's day - and Drew was great at making space for us! The staff was so nice and let us decorate the table and hang a small banner. It was everything my daughter wanted and I really appreciated them for making it happen!
