They don’t have central AC, they have a master metering system for their utilities and then try to charge extra monthly for each AC needed to make the rooms without them habitable, in violation of §8–212.4 since it’s not written anywhere on the lease that you’ll have to pay over $100 per AC unit additional to the only one provided. Lorena it’s a terrible manager, she does not treat her own people with respect and she thinks she will be there her entire life due to her lack of skill of management even the ones in the office in silver spring don’t care about the apartment full of rats…. If you don’t believe me then waste your money and live there and office won’t help you.! ★☆☆☆☆ This place is a joke! I’m writing this for my friend who lives at Goodacre & Pine Ridge, and what they did to her is unbelievable. They stole her packages, opened her car, took her parking permit, and then towed her car! How can a place treat their residents like that? No respect, no honesty, and no security. Shame on this apartment for allowing this to happen! People deserve better….Stay away!
