Worker was shaking his head right when he saw me pull up with some offroad wheels in the bed of my truck. He immediately says they cannot balance wheels that were not purchased through them. “Company policy”. Pretty wild for a wheel shop to not balance customer purchased wheels. Heaven forbid someone has a balance issue with one wheel and needs a quick rebalance. Nope!
I extremely liked the attention and the respect that they had towards me ! Even though im a woman they explained everything really well .
My family has been going here for years almost 20 years. Honest owner. Reasonable pricing.
