Don't even bother wasting a phone call on this place
Jay is awesome! I’ve never trusted any other place as much I trust him . Never had any problems with work done on my car there . Always gives me a list of stuff that needs to be done , and than explains which is the most important. Shows me old parts too . Which I appreciate.
This location doesn't follow policy good year
Worker was shaking his head right when he saw me pull up with some offroad wheels in the bed of my truck. He immediately says they cannot balance wheels that were not purchased through them. “Company policy”. Pretty wild for a wheel shop to not balance customer purchased wheels. Heaven forbid someone has a balance issue with one wheel and needs a quick rebalance. Nope!
I been working for Goodyear tire center in Alaska for 20yrs I’m so sad to see my shop got sold I will always represent Goodyear brand to everyone and still represent Goodyear where I go 🤙
