I have always gone to Reynoldsburg location but live in Pickerington so I tried them in Pickerington. They were wonderful as far as I am concerned. Gave good explanations and every employee including the manager was friendly and very professional. Great job done by all office staff and mechanics! Would recommend Boyd’s for tires and to take care of my car for any and all repairs I may need!
Courteous, very helpful and called when job was done.
I dropped my vehicle off stating that I needed a new alternator and the next day they called and said nothing was wrong. I told them to take it for a test drive because it takes about a mile for the indicator light to come on. After they determined it was the alternator they charged twice the price for the part, granted I only googled the part cost, but if an alternators costs $600 for the part alone I’m shocked.
