Great service, did the least amount of work needed at a fair price.
I made an appointment to have my car serviced and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I dropped my car off at the arranged drop off time, gave them my keys, and, again, was told it would be done by the end of the day. About 5 minutes after I leave, Boyd’s calls me and tells me it’s unlikely that they will be able to get to my car today. I understand if a shop is busy, but it’s inexcusable to tell a customer MULTIPLE times that they will complete the job by the end of the day and then be unable to deliver. I... read more
Scheduled a drop off to get my TPMS sensor replaced. On the phone they told me to drop my vehicle off “as early as I can get it here” and “there’s no pick up after 5 so make sure you’re back by 5 to retrieve your vehicle”. The earliest I could get my vehicle to them was 10 AM. After going hours without hearing anything back, I called them at 3:08 PM.
