The owner or the manager is extremely rude. I was there at 1 pm and had a flat tire, he wouldn’t even look at it and said he can fix it by 6 pm. I kept asking can you just see what’s wrong with it and repair it? He would refuse to help me. And then another employee felt bad and look at it. And the owner still didn’t want to help and he told me to leave. Completely shocking. Never had this experience
Very bad customer service and rude. They didn't help me on an emergency situation., I needed one tire to get back on the rode, refused to help because they were busy. Not a great way to let a customer drive off with flat. Not even attempting to pump air .
Quick and reliable service. I’ve been going here for many years. As long as I own a car and live in LA, I’m never taking my vehicle anywhere else.
I always get excellent service here. The only thing i wasn't too happy about was the lack of seating. There were only two chairs inside the waiting room at the time of my visit to get my tires rotated, so i had to sit outside on the cement wall ledge thing. Other then That, there is a small room for improvement when it comes to service reminders, it would be nice to have Mountain View Tires place some kind of static cling label in the windshield for tire rotation reminders like just having the return at mileage (-----) for r... read more
