Fantastic service! Jerry talked to me candidly and politely over the phone before I went (unheard of!). He asked many questions to be reasonably sure of what I needed before I went in. The work was done promptly, as promised. Very reasonable prices, too. When I left, it was with no pressure suggestions for my next visit. Highly recommend!
We had an oil change done at a different Goodyear in the morning and drove 1hr to a Northside indy hospital, oil light came on. Then drove to this Goodyear and they pulled the car checked for leaks found none, put oil on the car. We're very friendly and professional, took good care of me, I would highly recommend this place on 86th street
Not only are the people at the counter super polite so are the mechanics. This is my first stop for all repairs and oil changes. Sometimes I had to be referred to the dealership, which I appreciate rather than an attempt to repair outside their means. It's called honesty.
